Responsibilities
Ensure correct DAC/WAC and contract pricing alignment for distributors; Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable between Baxter and trading partners; Analyze discrepancy reports, resubmissions, and settlements; Reconcile and troubleshoot credit/rebills and write-offs; Serve as senior SME for Model N migration (planning, UAT, data validation, defect tracking, go-live readiness, hypercare); Partner with cross-functional teams to validate Model N outputs and identify process gaps; Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation for the migration; Provide guidance to analysts on operational exceptions and error reports; Monitor metrics to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
