Provide technical and test support for products and processes to PM, Sales, and Customers; Ensure product compliance with certification requirements such as UL, EAC, KC Marking, CSA, PSE, BASEEFA, CCC & CQC; Initiate submission of Rel Samples, monitor their performance, and implement improvement actions; Support new product development projects and compliance with NPPD 5-Phase requirement; Lead projects and activities related to material supplier quality and availability; Provides design input, validation plan, prototypes/testing, PCCM ECR, drawings, datasheet, and FMEA updates; Coordinates with relevant departments on testing, process, and yield improvement
