Responsibilities
Manage year one internal co-op replenishment strategy including promotion, rubric development, eligibility assessment, and onboarding; Provide individualized support to ensure students are on track with co-op and academic progression; Conduct case conferencing with SWAC for students with special needs; Foster partnerships with academic and administrative departments for early intervention; Identify and support students facing challenges by connecting them with resources; Lead student recruitment events and develop engagement strategies including events and programming; Oversee planning and execution of outreach and onboarding sessions; Supervise student staff for communication and marketing plans; Integrate student success stories into marketing collaterals; Provide reports on retention trends and identify at-risk populations; Stay proficient with technology platforms like DB Brock, Sakai, and Office 365; Manage content creation and updates for the Co-op website and marketing materials.
