Responsibilities
Monitor quality and efficiency performance for assigned manufacturing lines and automated systems; Support CNC machine and equipment validation activities; Create, maintain, and implement automated systems and material transportation solutions; Analyze machine management data to maximize equipment utilization and minimize scrap; Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through process and system improvements; Ensure process parameters remain within established tolerances; Design, procure, and support production tooling, fixtures, and jigs; Coordinate equipment installations, line reconfigurations, and machine relocation activities; Verify preventive maintenance activities are completed as scheduled; Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance
