Responsibilities
Optimize cooling and fluid handling processes for efficiency, reliability, and sustainability; Lead engineering, optimization, and scaling of liquid cooling processes for data center hardware; Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production and cooling workflows; Design, configure, and monitor process performance during manufacturing; Develop and maintain engineering process documentation (P&IDs, schematics, layouts); Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate cooling into server and rack-level architectures; Drive engineering improvements to enhance thermal performance and reduce energy consumption; Monitor key parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, glycol concentration) via BMS; Develop and manage maintenance plans for process assets; Conduct CTQ analyses and risk assessments; Support commissioning and validation of new systems and upgrades.
