Responsibilities
Lead customer liaison activities to identify business opportunities and provide first line of customer service and support. Act as primary technical interface for OEMs and Tier 1 customers, providing high-quality support including on-site engagement. Drive continuous growth in CPV through strategic product positioning and customer engagement. Act as voice of the customer to ensure requirements are addressed within the organization. Introduce new product solutions requiring new developments, adaptation, or proliferation. Develop and maintain OEM roadmaps across product lines. Develop in-depth knowledge of OEM architectures and projects. Align with OEM strategy to anticipate market evolution and sales opportunities. Support OEMs and Tier 1 customers during SOP and ramp-up phases.
