Responsibilities
Organize system administration activities and align with overall information systems planning; Install, maintain, and configure computer software and OS enhancements; Support and implement hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network switches, VOIP, mobile devices); Troubleshoot enterprise applications, operating systems, and network/internet access; Manage IT ticketing system and maintain internal knowledge base; Support onboarding and deliver user training; Manage backups, patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation; Administer Active Directory and Entra ID including user lifecycle management; Manage IAM policies (RBAC, least privilege) and audit accounts; Administer Microsoft 365 services; Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and identity protection controls; Support SSO and identity integrations; Monitor and respond to identity-related security events.
