Responsibilities
Lead and support 24/7 maintenance organization including technician training, uptime monitoring, repair coordination, and preventative maintenance planning; Partner with Geek+ to design and roll out continuous improvement efforts for system performance; Serve as primary customer-facing engineering contact for downtime events and business case development; Analyze inventory profiles to create strategies for moving high-velocity SKUs out of automation; Develop processes and controls for specialized, high-value inventory; Lead facility layout and material flow improvements; Drive site-wide 6S and operational excellence initiatives; Perform time studies and labor analysis to set labor standards.
