Responsibilities
Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform technologies, and C#. Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues, document solutions, and coordinate fixes with system administrators and other IT resources. Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing knowledge, follow implementation best practices, and define or refine platform governance. Create and share platform documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis. Develop mockups and prototypes, using Power Platform tools and features to propose solutions that address business needs. Liaise between IT and business units, coordinating issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
