Responsibilities
Lead operational improvement initiatives and identify waste reduction opportunities; Implement operational excellence culture across production departments; Consolidate and report OpEx metrics and improvement plans; Facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and Lean training; Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements; Conduct OMA assessments and 5S audits; Manage environmental quality and hazardous waste responsibilities; Track environmental metrics (waste, energy, effluents, emissions) and prepare internal and external compliance audits.
