Responsibilities
Direct crane and mobile-equipment movements using hand signals and radio; maintain continuous communication with operators; establish and control exclusion zones; identify and control blind spots and overhead obstructions; guide equipment through congested areas; verify movement paths are clear; stop operations immediately upon unsafe conditions or lost communication; coordinate with Lifting Supervisor, Rigger, Crane Operator, and HSE; maintain signage and barriers; report unsafe conditions and near misses.
