Lead ICSS maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics; Review system architecture and controller/I/O health; Lead critical incident response and root cause analysis; Review and approve ICSS modifications and test procedures; Manage SIS/ESD functional testing and safety-system integrity; Oversee network, server, and communication-system performance; Ensure backup, restoration, and configuration management; Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and loop checks; Coordinate interfaces between DCS, SIS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, and third-party systems; Supervise ICSS engineers and technicians; Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams; Maintain technical documentation and incident reports; Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, LOTO, and site procedures
