Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture for AI/ML computational science solutions including data ingestion, simulation pipelines, and model deployment. Define technical direction for scientific AI, optimization algorithms, and accelerated computing patterns. Own architecture decisions across compute, storage, MLOps, and security. Partner with client scientists and engineers to convert complex domain problems into practical AI/ML solutions. Lead design reviews, technical risk assessment, and implementation planning. Guide engineering teams on reusable reference architectures and production readiness. Make and defend the business case for computational science architectures with senior stakeholders. Support sales and pre-sales with technical proposals and proofs of concept.
