Monitor and analyze daily Work Order variances against standard costing and BOM; Perform monthly cost analysis of purchased items to identify trends and savings; Execute and validate overhead corrections and miscellaneous inventory transactions; Analyze and manage Slow/Dead inventory including write-offs and disposal; Monitor EOL activities and coordinate Last Time Buy; Lead and track inventory counts and investigate discrepancies; Conduct monthly Finance reviews and perform end-of-period validations.
