Lead end-to-end estimating activities for major infrastructure tenders across Rail, Water Infrastructure and tunnelling; Review drawings, specifications and client documentation; Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs and pricing submissions; Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing; Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering initiatives; Develop tender programs, methodologies and procurement strategies; Participate in client meetings, tender clarifications and negotiations; Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement across pre-contracts
