Embed with customers to understand technical requirements and AI use cases; Architect and build custom production solutions using Telnyx platforms; Build and deploy AI Voice Assistants and LLM-powered applications; Deploy and operate LLM infrastructure including open-weight models; Design model routing, fallback, observability, and cost strategies; Build RAG pipelines and prompt architectures; Deploy containerized services on Kubernetes; Troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, networking, SIP, WebRTC, and AI inference; Lead technical discovery, architecture sessions, POCs, and production launches; Own customer outcomes through deployment and stabilization; Partner with Product and Engineering to improve offerings; Create technical documentation and reference architectures; Help customers navigate data residency and compliance requirements
