Responsibilities
Oversee administration and enhancement of the technology platform for sales order and inventory allocation planning; Review and apply recommended settings from optimisation tools to sales order lines; Maintain current order allocation mapping for all sales orders; Proactively engage with key stakeholders including Dealers, Dealer Support, Sales, 3PLs, Warehouse Operations, broader Supply Chain and Sales teams; Actively engage and collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to address fulfillment shortfalls or issues; Undertake, monitor and act upon a range of reporting ad hoc or to schedule; Promptly act upon and respond to processing delivery requests; Participate in continuous improvement, cross-functional and Supply Chain / Procurement projects
