Promote a Zero Harm culture and encourage contractor engagement in HSEQ matters; Mentor, coach, and educate contractors in hazard identification, risk management, and control processes; Coordinate and supervise work undertaken by Project Delivery engaged contractors; Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure products and services meet their needs; Assist in preparation of project scoping and coordinate supply of materials; Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors, providing technical advice and guidance; Assist with commissioning, close-out, and handover activities; Manage the inspection and quality assurance of the sub-contractor, including inspection plans, constructed drawings, and minor defects; Assist with implementation of isolation plans; Provide technical asset and network solutions to support project delivery
