Own NPI program plans including stage gates and deliverables; Drive DFM reviews to challenge designs on labor and part count; Coordinate UL, ANSI/IEEE, seismic, and arc-resistant certification activities; Develop routings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and quality inspection criteria; Lead pilot builds and drive corrective actions for design and process; Partner with Supply Chain to qualify components and validate lead times; Establish target cost and labor standards; Coordinate handoff to production project management; Report status, risk, and gate position to leadership; Feed performance data back into product improvement cycles.
