Manage assigned switchboard orders end-to-end including submittal approval, engineering release, material readiness, assembly, wiring, test, and shipment; Drive customer submittal and drawing approval cycles to closure; Manage long-lead material exposure (breakers, bus, transformers) with Supply Chain; Maintain production schedules aligned with assembly line loading and plant capacity; Process engineering changes and customer revisions with impact analysis and BOM/routing updates; Coordinate quality inspections, test plans, and non-conformance closure; Manage order cost performance, labor hours, material variance, and change orders; Coordinate shipment readiness, crating, and logistics; Serve as day-to-day customer contact for assigned orders; Complete project-level executive dashboard inputs on schedule, milestone, cost, and risk status.
