Responsibilities
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out; Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety; Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes; Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders; Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards; Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams; Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost; Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
