Responsibilities
Own complex customer and internal server platform issues from initial report through verified closure; Lead cross-functional debug meetings and establish clear problem statements; Identify missing data, incomplete analysis, and validation gaps; Assign and track action items and escalate blockers; Apply BIOS/UEFI and firmware knowledge to platform investigations; Perform platform-level debugging across processor, memory, PCIe, CXL, interconnect, BMC, OS, and driver domains; Analyze complex hardware, firmware, and software failures using logs, traces, and crash data; Design and execute error-injection and fault-validation strategies; Validate firmware, OS, and management reporting paths; Collaborate with silicon, firmware, BMC, OS, driver, validation, tools, hardware, and customer teams; Support customer platform bring-up and critical escalations; Create technical specifications, debug guides, and validation procedures; Contribute to automation for log collection and issue triage.
