Commercially manage implementation of global Workday programmes from pre-sales through implementation to handover; Act as key client interface between functional/technical teams and client; Offer domain experience to provide functional insight; Manage project delivery including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and customer satisfaction; Lead blended teams of colleagues, client, and partner resources; Agree objectives, outputs, milestones, and contract terms with client; Identify requirements and document artefacts for knowledge transfer; Present deliverables to client steering groups; Identify and action opportunities to win additional business; Provide pre-sales support including devising and costing viable solutions
