Own execution and quality of all IDC-delivered work; Lead and develop a team of 25–30+ direct reports; Build and scale the IDC team through hiring strategy; Own the IDC site budget including headcount and vendor spend; Serve as execution hub across IDC, China, and EMEA; Own IDC site health and liaise with CISO for security controls; Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships; Manage run vs. grow capacity across IDC teams; Establish standard work for delivery planning and reporting; Drive KPI achievement including on-time delivery and defect escape rates.
