Responsibilities
Provide functional support and sustainment for SAP MM module; Receive, analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests; Investigate functional issues systematically to identify root causes; Support and troubleshoot business processes covering purchasing, procurement, materials management, and goods receipt; Analyze issues involving tax determination within purchasing and goods receipt processes; Investigate and resolve issues related to material and supplier master data; Work directly with key users and business stakeholders to identify problems and explain solutions; Assess the functional impact of corrections, enhancements, and proposed changes; Prepare functional specifications to support technical developments; Follow up on developments and technical adjustments; Execute unit and integration tests and support user acceptance testing; Support the implementation of corrections and improvements in production environments; Create and maintain documentation covering processes, solutions, and troubleshooting approaches; Participate in meetings with business areas, key users, and technical teams to align on incidents, solutions, and priorities
