Own inline and offline cell metrology systems including lab and inspection equipment; Define test methods, sampling frequency, and acceptance criteria; Own sorter/binning logic including grade gates and retest rules; Establish and maintain MSA/GR&R, calibration, and golden-sample programs; Build SPC and out-of-control action plans for yield and reliability metrics; Partner with process engineering to catch drifts before scrap; Lead root cause analysis on quality escapes using electrical and optical characterization; Define and track quality KPIs and report to leadership; Mentor technicians and junior engineers on fab quality culture
