Responsibilities
Act as primary finance partner for G&A leaders to manage OpEx budgets and evaluate departmental spend; Own consolidated company-wide headcount planning and tracking; Own the AOP cycle including rolling up plans and quarterly reforecasts; Partner with Product and Sales to develop pricing models and assess unit economics; Drive the Monthly Business Review (MBR) cadence and develop KPIs; Partner with Finance Systems to automate planning and reporting; Take on ad-hoc analysis and special projects
