Own overall success of strategic client programs and develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives; Align related projects to program goals and drive strategic planning; Maintain visibility into program health across schedule, scope, budget, and risks; Ensure governance standards are followed and escalate issues; Lead executive-level customer meetings and present program health dashboards; Partner with Finance and Account Management to forecast revenue and resource needs; Monitor margins, review change orders, and identify financial risks; Identify program-level delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies; Mentor Project Managers and remove organizational obstacles; Build executive customer relationships and resolve escalations.
