Own end-to-end planning lifecycle for Raptor sub-assemblies or finished goods; Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement to set up robust supply chain plans; Balance cost, reliability, and production rate using risk management intuition; Manage supply schedules to optimize inventory turns and minimize obsolescence; Communicate forecasts to internal and external stakeholders; Identify and mitigate risks in the multi-tier global supply chain; Partner with teams to incorporate design changes without impacting build rates; Support insourcing efforts; Assess supplier capacity and constraints; Maintain part and planning master data; Guide and mentor peers; Define organization-level processes and improvements; Develop applications, reporting, and dashboards to measure team KPIs.
