Oversee production planning, scheduling, Line of Balance execution, and ERP/MRP governance. Develop and improve supply-chain systems, planning infrastructure, and operational tooling. Align demand forecasts, procurement activity, inventory strategy, and manufacturing capacity planning. Oversee domestic and international logistics operations. Lead operational supply reviews and provide executive reporting on material readiness and supplier risk.
