Responsibilities
Lead and scale the end-to-end Supply Chain organization across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations. Establish operational structure, cadences, reporting, and escalation processes to support company growth. Own enterprise material readiness and ensure production supportability across all production environments. Drive cross-functional coordination between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Programs, Finance, and Operations. Lead shortage management, material allocation, and prioritization decisions. Oversee production planning, scheduling, Line of Balance execution, and ERP/MRP governance. Develop and improve supply-chain systems, planning infrastructure, and operational tooling. Align demand forecasts, procurement activity, inventory strategy, and manufacturing capacity planning. Oversee domestic and international logistics operations. Lead operational supply reviews and provide executive reporting on material readiness and supplier risk.
