Lead a team of technicians and specialists focused on janitorial services, workplace maintenance, painting, drywall, structural repairs, and general building upkeep; Manage third-party service providers (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, elevators, fire protection); Oversee building envelope maintenance including roofs, walls, windows, doors, and floors; Manage elevators and related vertical transportation systems; Own fire protection systems including certifications, inspections, and vendor-performed work; Manage effluent/sanitary waste streams; Drive organizational excellence through the creation of standardized KPI metrics; Manage work ticketing system to ensure correct staff and timely responses to break/fix requests; Partner with construction and internal teams to develop, plan, and execute site improvement projects; Maintain high-end greenspaces, break areas, conference zones, and executive-facing spaces to world-class standards; Support 24/7 facility operations including off-hours and emergency response protocols
