Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Job Mentors to achieve individual and team KPIs; Monitor team performance, caseloads, appointments, participation and employment outcomes; Support staff to provide high-quality and personalised services to Workforce Australia participants; Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance support to team members; Ensure staff understand and comply with Workforce Australia requirements, policies and procedures; Monitor documentation, compliance and data quality; Identify opportunities to improve team performance and service delivery; Support Job Mentors with complex participant situations and provide guidance where required; Build strong relationships with employers, community organisations and other stakeholders; Encourage effective employer engagement and job placement opportunities for participants; Conduct team meetings, case reviews and performance discussions; Identify staff training and development needs and support ongoing professional development
