Responsibilities
Monitor CTF transactional secured financing exposures and related collateral values using the Triquesta system; Act as first point of contact for client transaction requests; Act as intermediary between processing units and compliance teams for sanctions and anti-fraud issues; Manage document scrutiny and discrepant management for assigned clients; Track the life cycle of CTF transactions including issuance and reimbursement of letters of credit; Structure and coordinate complex CTF transactions liaising with clients and legal counsel; Maintain position reports detailing transactional financing exposures and status; Obtain prior approval for transactions outside agreed facility parameters; Provide operational support for undisclosed payment guarantees and AR transactions.
