Implement SupplierXM platform data model artifacts for best-in-class delivery; enhance and adjust data model artifacts during the RUN phase based on customer needs; partner with Customer Success and product teams to communicate data model changes and deliver artifact releases; assist Customer Success in client discussions regarding platform usage; assess team efficiency and drive industrialization through better tooling and processes; produce deliverables, regular communication, and reporting; work cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve established metrics; guide stakeholders to ensure a consistent positive experience; collaborate with Customer Support and R&D to resolve data model and configuration issues in production.
