Own day-to-day operational responsibility for the stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise block, file, and object storage platforms; Build scalable automation and tooling using scripting and configuration management; Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance analysis; Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize storage systems and firmware; Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents; Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 coverage; Partner with infrastructure, database, cloud, and application teams; Maintain and evolve operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures; Manage incident response and stakeholder communication for storage-related outages.
