Responsibilities
Provide technical governance across frontend, middleware, and backend testing layers; Establish and enforce QA delivery standards, evidence requirements, review processes, and quality gates; Review frontend constraint dictionaries and FSM/state-model outputs for completeness and technical quality; Review API schema reconstructions, network evidence, and tracer replay outputs; Coordinate with QA Analysts, SDETs, and Test Operations teams to align execution with timelines; Review test architecture decisions and coverage strategies; Coordinate dependency resolution and cross-layer reconciliation; Serve as escalation point for cross-layer technical discrepancies; Compile and quality-check raw technical evidence dossiers; Identify evidence gaps and inconsistencies; Report on delivery health, technical risks, and evidence quality; Prepare technical evidence packages for client handoff; Support technical readouts by ensuring findings are traceable to empirical evidence; Mentor and guide SDETs and QA Analysts
