Responsibilities
Lead internal project teams and contractors through MEP engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance; Provide technical engineering support to ensure construction/maintenance compliance with standards and codes; Verify maintenance completion and coordinate repair/build efforts for HVAC, electrical, cranes, and facility systems; Manage design, development, and issuance of drawings and documentation for aerospace/industrial projects; Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field; Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes; Acquire building permits and ensure final inspections; Communicate building/maintenance schedules to personnel and suppliers; Ensure reliability and maintainability of new/modified installations; Respond to facility emergencies and manage readiness procedures; Write, negotiate, and manage scope across multiple MEP disciplines
