Lead MEP design and coordination for residential, commercial, and industrial projects; Partner with cross-departmental teams to define requirements and derive design details; Prepare and review design drawings and documents for mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems; Manage construction activities related to MEP systems ensuring compliance with codes; Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors; Perform project control tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control; Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field; Oversee full lifecycle of tasks and projects to achieve on-time and under budget delivery; Manage tools and folder systems for construction projects; Gather proposals from architects, engineers, and contractors; Develop final cost and schedule for projects; Facilitate city, county, and governmental approvals; Coordinate project implementation and track project status; Work with facilities teams to operationalize post-construction building operations; Manage night shift contractors as required; Coordinate permit acquisition and closeout
