Responsibilities
Drive strategic supply planning connecting capacity requirements with hardware availability and rack manufacturing schedules; Manage material and production readiness including weekly supply allocation reporting and shortage reviews; Guide operational tradeoffs between direct hardware shipping and complete rack integration; Translate long-term capacity forecasts into actionable operational requirements for integration partners; Monitor program financials and progress tracking CapEx commitments; Lead supplier relationships through regular business reviews covering capacity, delivery, cost, quality, and performance; Expand resilient manufacturing by evaluating new L11 suppliers and build locations; Support commercial operations including validating requisitions and purchase orders; Partner on global supply risk mitigation involving capacity bottlenecks, logistics, and tariffs; Partner on new product introductions to translate hardware designs into build readiness plans; Support supplier quality by analyzing performance trends and coordinating escalations; Operationalize ERP workflows for planning and reporting; Deliver executive insights through forecasts and risk assessments; Scale the operating model to expand production capacity efficiently.
