Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team responsible for Enterprise S&OP/IBP, risk management, scenario planning, and cross-functional orchestration. Establish and continuously improve the S&OP operating model connecting Plan with execution layers. Create a single, forward-looking view of material demand, supply, inventory, capacity, supplier, and customer risks. Lead scenario analysis and evaluate trade-offs across customer service, inventory, cost, capacity, and business priorities. Establish escalation and decision mechanisms for material risks and exceptions. Ensure S&OP decisions translate into clear ownership, actions, timelines, and measurable closure. Partner with Product, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams to define the digital roadmap for S&OP. Advance the use of analytics and AI to automate risk identification and support scenario-based decision making. Simplify redundant processes and governance mechanisms while developing scalable capabilities.
