Define multi-year strategy for the ops platform and maintain a prioritized roadmap; Align vision, OKRs, and roadmap with senior leaders across Supply, Engineering, and Operations; Design AI-forward operational processes and determine human-in-the-loop requirements; Decompose multidimensional product-to-ops problems and drive coherent solutions; Own case management and workforce management tooling including capacity planning and forecasting; Write product briefs, prototype, iterate with engineering, and own outcomes through launch and adoption; Navigate and align multiple PMM and engineering teams to resolve constraints and hold a clear point of view on tradeoffs
