Coordinate delivery activity to ensure Sprint and Roadmap milestone goals are achieved; Manage project dependencies and risks; Create and own overall Project Plans including short-term Scrum planning and long-range roadmap tracking; Oversee JIRA updates and ensure hygiene; Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to ensure requirements are exhaustive and translated into EPICs and user stories; Coordinate activities across Pods involving cross-pod interaction; Manage resource capacity and optimize alignment to backlog priorities; Partner with vendors to oversee and coordinate vendor activity; Work with product owners and teams to improve quality and lead time for deployments.
