Responsibilities
Build and maintain network-level master production schedule aligned to demand and inventory; Apply pull-based scheduling to minimize WIP and improve flow; Translate weekly demand plans into executable daily shift schedules; Identify network-level capacity constraints and material gaps; Lead scenario planning and capacity modeling on a 60-180 day horizon; Facilitate network scheduling reviews with operations, quality, and supply chain; Partner with site General Managers as functional manager for scheduler development; Lead the GTI Production Scheduler community of practice with coaching and training; Own scheduling standard work and drive convergence across all sites; Champion LEAN manufacturing principles and lead kaizen events; Maintain and report scheduling KPIs including schedule adherence and WIP aging.
