Responsibilities
Support interaction between contractor teams, service providers, client technical body, and inspection authorities; Monitor daily progress of scheduled services and ensure compliance with established parameters; Propose actions to inspection authorities to meet scope and deadlines; Adjust received planning into monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly micro-plans; Inform inspection authorities of threats to scope/delivery and register in RAM; Present and approve quality and progress reports; Negotiate and schedule activities with the platform planning team; Coordinate with material and quality control teams; Conduct daily meetings to update service status and identify impediments; Analyze and update project S-curves and propose action plans; Share information with Onshore Planning and Control and issue weekly campaign reports.
