Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines; Coordinate heavy lifting operations, marine spread operations, and equipment positioning; Provide technical leadership for mechanical installation, piping fabrication, electrical installation, and instrumentation installation; Resolve field-level constructability issues and clashes; Synchronize multidisciplinary work sequences; Develop offshore construction execution plans, manning plans, and heavy lift schedules; Monitor daily productivity and progress KPIs; Support commissioning teams and ensure readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning; Ensure strict adherence to OEM-specific installation requirements and functional test plans; Coordinate FAT/SAT findings and engineering clarifications with vendors; Lead mobilization planning and ensure crew competency and certification; Promote HSE culture and conduct safety audits; Oversee discipline-wise QA/QC activities; Manage interface registers, change requests, and technical deviations; Maintain traceability of construction documentation and as-builts; Provide progress reports to EPC management.
