Supervise and develop a team of Corporate Actions specialists; oversee announcement capture, validation, and election execution for domestic and foreign equity securities; direct processing and allocation of domestic and foreign cash dividends and distributions; manage principal and interest cash flow movements for fixed income and repo; maintain control environment by overseeing audit trail matching and resolving position variances; partner with Product and Engineering to build data master pipelines and automate workflows; act as primary escalation contact for prime brokerage clients regarding complex elections and exceptions
