Job Summary
An Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, reports, and programs within several client accounts, while learning the Hypothesis Way and developing foundational analysis and storytelling skills.

Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to foster a workplace of support and collaboration
Client Impact:
Create and manage project timelines to ensure that deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved
Own vendor fieldwork, timing, and budget across multiple projects
Assist in the creation of research materials, such as questionnaires and discussion guides, to support client objectives
Execute thorough quality assurance checks for programs, tab specs, and reports to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports for clients
Utilize and develop your fundamental data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights and recommendations that map onto client objectives
Assist with report pulling
Contribute to successful reporting by sharing analysis and creative data slide ideas
Gain experience as a trusted advisor to clients by shadowing client calls and communications
Attend presentation of final report Business Impact:
Contribute to company culture and champion the Hypothesis Way
Contribute to business growth and success by delivering high-quality insights to our clients
Requirements
1 – 1.5 years of experience in market research
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and curious working style
High degree of ownership over responsibilities and quality of work

$50,000 - $65,000 annually
