Responsibilities
Track, check, prioritize, and route orders using software; Direct package flow from preparation to shipment; Verify picked orders for quantity and item accuracy; Ensure proper documentation (packing slips, bills of lading) is affixed; Inspect labels, barcodes, and order features; Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS or freight carriers; Receive daily RMA return deliveries; Transfer materials to correct processing stations; Document receivable discrepancies; Maintain a clean and safe environment.
