Organize, plan, and track ongoing technical projects and critical initiatives for the Enterprise Technology team, with a specific focus on Digital Supply Chain; Drive daily technical execution across engineering teams, ensuring progress against design milestones, system readiness, and delivery timelines; Translate high-level business needs into technically feasible and prioritized requirements; Partner with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and align roadmaps with execution plans; Identify cross team dependencies, blockers, manage risks, and proactively clear paths to execution; Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Daily standup, Retrospectives, Demos, UAT coordination); Create functional and technical documentation, including process flows, APIs, and integration specs; Lead daily progress of projects and initiatives with regard to meetings, schedule, scope, and reporting.
