Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of next-generation and legacy semiconductor platforms, mainframes, robots, and subsystems; Lead complex technical escalations in partnership with cross-functional design and engineering teams; Deliver technical knowledge, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices to customer engineers; Represent the voice of the field in engineering reviews and product development discussions; Develop and maintain Best Known Methods (BKMs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs), and technical support documentation; Create and update procedures covering safety, installation, startup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Develop training packages for new products and collaborate with Global Technical Training to deploy programs; Train Customer Engineers, Process Support Engineers, and Technical Product Support teams; Identify critical spare part requirements and work with Applied Global Services to ensure optimal inventory availability
